Dynamics NAV 2013 has recently been released by Microsoft, and Acora considers it to be the most feature rich release of NAV yet. Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2013 new functionality includes:

  • NAV access from any device that supports a web browser
  • Updated RoleTailored client allowing more employees – easy, security enhanced access without any customisation
  • Access to NAV for external parties through SharePoint portal
  • New Functionality across the product including Cash Flow, Manufacturing, Warehouse and Business Intelligence / Reporting.

Acora recently held a successful launch event at Microsoft’s HQ in Reading which provided customers with the opportunity to get a closer look at NAV 2013. On the day customers were able to hear from Microsoft’s Steve Morrow (Director of Dynamics Division) and Andrew Wyld (NAV Production Manager), illustrating Acora’s close relationship with Microsoft as a Top UK Dynamics NAV partner.

Acora’s Dynamics managers have also been making efforts to advance customer service levels by organising the team into three specialist groups, adding new members to meet demand, monitoring performance through internal dashboards and investing in employee training.
