Ever since it started in 1989, the family-run British manufacturer of water heating products, Telford, has always taken pride in delivering the highest standards of quality throughout its business; from the materials it uses and the assembly of its cylinders to the levels of service provided by its team of nationwide engineers who support its trade partners.

More recently, this focus on quality underpinned the firm’s decision to upgrade and expand its financial system into a wider ERP system.

Telford chose to upgrade this key IT application to Microsoft’s Business Central and chose Acora to manage the project. The scope will include expanding the system’s functionality from being one of purely financial control to a full business-wide system that will include warehouse and service management, and other business processes specific to Telford.
