Key Responsibility: You will be primarily focused on new business, generating new logo leads from our target market, meeting and presenting to prospect clients and driving new client wins. This role is essential in promoting the company’s services and delivering exceptional customer experiences, as well as working closely with internal teams to ensure new clients are successfully on boarded.

Key Responsibility: As Service Desk Analyst you will be part of the Acora Group Service Operations team, playing a key role in the delivery of high-quality technical support for the business and the customer. You will be responsible for providing technical assistance, troubleshooting, and support to end-users, with a specific emphasis on Windows OS and Microsoft applications.

There is always something new to learn within IT, particularly as it is a fast-paced industry, and I enjoy the challenge this brings to my role. It is never too late to start a career in IT and it is worthwhile pursuing!
Working in a male-dominated field comes with its own challenges, but building a strong support system and being the change you want to see can make you feel empowered and proud of what you do in an industry traditionally against you.
