The Acora story was borne out of the frustration that IT services were unnecessarily complicated, overly technical, and not serving the needs of business leaders. Complex infrastructures coupled with inadequate service levels had become the norm, with expectations constantly being driven down by the fact that IT was never seen as a business enabler. When CEO David Rabson couldn’t find a service provider that could simplify the delivery of technology, he created one. Acora set out on a mission to improve the experience, value and perceptions of IT for the under serviced mid-market.
