The process

Here at Acora we have a clear recruitment process offering a supportive experience for everyone interested in joining the team.

  • Recruitment - Apply/Screening

    APPLICATION

    Once you find a role that interests you, the first step is to complete your application online, located on our careers page or via our social platforms. Our dedicated team will then review your application and move the process along. They will communicate with you every step of the way and keep you updated.

  • Recruitment - Assessments

    ASSESSMENTS

    Depending on the role you apply for, you may be asked to complete several assessments before progressing to interview, including soft and technical skills. The purpose of these is to measure abilities that do not always shine through in an interview, allowing you to truly demonstrate who you are and the value you can bring to the role.

    THE INTERVIEW

    The next stage may involve an interview to get to know each other better. To arrive best prepared, we’d recommend researching Acora and the role you’re applying for. Our interview style for roles will involve a mix of behavioural, technical, and situational questions to understand your skills and prior experiences. Come prepared with questions you may want to ask us too.

  • Recruitment - Decision

    DECISION TIME

    Following the essential exercises, the recruitment team should now have a great understanding of you and your skillset. Depending on the situation, some of the tasks may be conducted over the phone, via video or in person. Our team will keep you updated on your application status along the journey and provide you with feedback regardless of the outcome.
