On what date did Acora acquire the M9 group?
The M9 Group (comprised of M9 (Holdings) IT Limited and its subsidiary companies) was acquired by Acora Limited on 3 November 2021.
I have contracted services with M9, will they change?
The details and terms of your agreement will not change, Acora will simply replace M9 as the service provider delivering the services.
Do I need to do anything?
From March 2022 we will be trading as Acora Ltd so we would ask that you let your staff know of the change in name. Updated payment details will be included on future invoices, and these should be used from March 1st.
