We are delighted to share a recent and competitive customer win within the financial services sector, focused on accelerating business growth and optimising fund management.

The customer is currently transitioning into a new entity, building its essence across London and Paris with a clear vision of accelerating growth in the future.

While building new foundations, they undertook a tender exercise to carefully select their IT and Cyber Security partner to manage their infrastructure requirements and support their users. We believe our existing relationship with the referrer strongly influenced their decision to pick Acora as the chosen supplier.

BUILDING THE FOUNDATIONS

As they were migrating into their new business, they needed to rely on a partner who could support migrating data from previous sources and build a new IT workplace and strategy to keep up with demanding digital needs. We are grateful to be given the opportunity to grow with them and be part of this journey.

They desired a modern, cloud-native IT platform to support their business transition with continued Managed Support throughout the process and in the future. Working closely together, we identified that they required an IT workplace that ensured cost optimisation across IT services, security practices developed throughout design and operation and innovation readiness to support business growth.

CREATING SOMETHING SPECIAL

Our main objective was to get the new client operating across two offices in a hybrid fashion. The use of technologies was carefully selected to ensure seamless integration with business partners.

To facilitate a modern and secure way of working, Microsoft and best-of-breed security solutions will be implemented to ensure that users receive a full corporate experience. And networking and infrastructure elements have carefully been considered to meet their requirements between the two offices.

Once the technology is all in place and the client is up and running, they will benefit from wrapped-around Managed Service, which includes Infrastructure management and end-user support.
