Following our recent acquisition of HANDD Business Solutions, we are thrilled to be joining forces and co-hosting a 2026 User Forum Event!
In celebration of the 20-year anniversary at Handd, the timing aligned to collaboratively run this flagship annual gathering. Designed around what our customers have directly fed back to us, the forum is there to share genuine updates from across the business, no elevator pitches, and time to connect with peers.
This year, we’ve teamed up so that all customer communities across Group, Acora One and HANDD will come together for a full day of presentations, breakout sessions, lunch, and an evening networking activity.
Shaped by feedback from Acora and HANDD customers, this event has been designed to bring our communities together for a day of updates, insight, and engagement. You’ll hear the latest from across the business, reconnect with familiar faces, meet new colleagues, and celebrate the coming together of our organisations, with plenty of opportunities to network throughout the day over coffee breaks and lunch.
10 – 10:30 AM Acora’s CEO David Rabson & HANDD’s Co-Founder Ian Davin will be giving you the latest updates across all areas of the organisations.
10:30 – 11:10 AM Drawing on his experience shaping Data & AI strategies for customers, Simon will explore how to move from strategy to execution, sequence AI initiatives effectively, and realise value quickly through transformational projects and practical delivery.
11:30 – 12 PM Darren will explore one of the biggest blind spots facing organisations today: unstructured data. He’ll discuss how DSPM is helping businesses uncover hidden risks, strengthen governance, and gain the visibility needed to securely embrace AI and data-driven innovation.
12 – 12:30 PM With a passion for Data, AI, and innovation, Richard will explore the often-overlooked truth about structured data, why it matters, how to de-risk it, and what businesses need to do today to build a foundation for successful AI outcomes tomorrow.
1:20 – 3:30 PM From both Acora & HANDD Leaders, there will be a number of 1:1 sessions covering the latest platform and service developments across all areas, key lessons learned from working alongside our customers over the past 12 months, and updates to our core service offering.
2:40 – 3:10 & 3:30 – 4 PM Modivus will be running 2 interactive workshops that focus on a topic that is proving to be a common challenge for organisations as AI capability grows: how to securely enable people to build and share AI-powered solutions within the organisation.
5 – 8:30 PM Just a brief walk away from the Barber-Surgeons’ Hall, we will all be heading over to the F1 Arcade London for the evening for games, drinks and nibbles.
From warm introductions from our CEO and HANDD Co-Founder to insightful thought leadership sessions hosted by an array of experts, we are excited to host a number of interactive workshops at this event. Across Acora Group, Acora One and HANDD, you will see some familiar faces there attending the event, involved in different aspects across the day and evening.
