On 26 February 2026, a group of senior leaders from the Accomplish More Community gathered in London for the inaugural Problem-Solving Workshop of the year. The session brought together CxOs and senior executives from across functions, technology, operations, HR, education and beyond, to apply their collective experience to two real challenges submitted by members. The format is deliberately peer-led and vendor-neutral. Members arrive not as an audience but as active contributors, and problem owners leave not with a presentation but with practical recommendations they can act on immediately. The discussion in this session was notably candid: two challenges that many in the room had navigated personally, generating insights that were specific, honest and hard-won. Hitting the Ground Running in a New Senior Role

Made live by the fact that the problem owner had started their new position just days before the session, the group drew on firsthand experience of navigating new leadership mandates to explore capability mapping, stakeholder management, setting boundaries early, and the underrated power of personal connection.

Measuring the Unmeasurable: Tech Initiative Value

The group explored whether an objective framework for measuring intangible technology value is achievable, examining risk quantification, pulse surveys, AI-driven engagement tracking, and storytelling as a legitimate measurement tool. The honest conclusion: no silver bullet exists, but a more disciplined approach to categorising benefit types, and matching the right evidence to each, goes a long way.

Across both discussions, a set of consistent themes emerged that cut across seniority, sector and function.
