I hope you are all well and staying healthy. Across the Acora group we continue to support our clients remotely and the operational delivery teams are as strong as ever.

Following the recent update from the Government which set out some easing of the “Lockdown” and potential to go further by 1st June 2020, I wanted to provide you with an update on the progress our side and what the current position is for Acora group employees and customers.

You will have noted that the Government said it was setting out guidelines for Employers in order that they could start to get people back into the workplace. We have now reviewed those guidelines and are in the process of implementing a number of changes in order that we can meet the requirements of the risk assessment and provide the necessary assurances to our teams when we reopen our offices.

Currently, the advice is that “Remote Working” remains the first option if that is possible, and therefore our offices remain closed at this time to staff and they continue to work remotely until further notice. We envisage that any change to our working locations will be carried out in a phased manner over time and we will be assessing employees’ individual needs before allowing them the option of returning to the office should they wish to.

We know that many of you are also carry out similar exercises with your own staff and that there is the potential for you start to phase your staff back into the office too. Please do not hesitate to let us know about your plans so we are able to support you in doing so. Where you normally have an onsite presence from Acora, we will of course work with you to understand the measures we need to take to ensure the safety of our staff.

Team Acora remains totally committed to meeting your needs and providing our services to our customers. We continue to review our BCP daily to ensure we can meet and exceed all our obligations.

If you need any further assistance or help at this time, please contact me or any of the team.
