Department: Account Management
How I help our Customers: I act as a day to day contact for our clients to answer any questions they may have, or to deal with any possible escalations or urgent issues that require management attention. I also visit our client regularly and discuss service levels and strategic developments for their IT infrastructure in order for the client to be able to plan for the future.
Hobbies: Very keen on running and cycling, as well as spending time with my family visiting as many places around the country as we can!
Favourite Technology: My iPhone, would be completely lost without it now! Also love my GoPro and spend a lot of time editing together action footage shot on that when out on my travels or on my bike.
