Continuing to strengthen Acora’s ongoing presence in the Legal Sector, we are proud to announce our latest Managed Service partnership with an award-winning, full-service AIM-listed top 60 UK law firm, ranked by The Lawyer Top 200. 

Initially engaging with the Director of Technology and Innovation, the firm wanted to move away from their current provider and establish a new, long-term partnership focused on delivering consistent, high-quality service to all users. The new partnership also needed to complement their internal IT teams, working alongside them to make the support process straightforward and effective for the lawyers. 

Supporting more than 600 high-value users of time across 20+ service areas and 50+ industry sectors required a support model that freed up the internal team to focus on activities that would drive additional value for the firm, ensure security is a key focus and continue to develop an enduring IT roadmap together.

This latest win at Acora was really underpinned by our established experience in Legal, focus and capability around delivering and measuring customer experience and navigating a mature yet customised Azure strategy for the firm.
